• We pack & ship your orders as soon as possible. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days from the time you receive your tracking number, though it may vary during holidays (we blame the reindeer traffic).

Once you receive your jewelry, take all the time you need to fall in love:
ZORI offers 180 days to exchange, or 90 days to return your purchase for a full refund.
A few simple rules to keep the process smooth:

1. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn when shipped back to us.
2. Items must be in their original condition, without wear or damage.
3. Items should be shipped back in their original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity, pouch, and jewelry box.
4. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded. Orders within Canada have a pre-paid return shipping label included.

1. Use the return label included in the package (customers in Canada only) to send your item back to us.
2. Once we receive your package, we’ll process it as soon as possible.
3. Refunds will typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
